In this Vegan Baking Ninja Class, Susmitha Veganosaurus and Chef Ram of Carrots Restaurant will demonstrate how to make a cake, a cookie and a bread. The easy vegan baking techniques you learn will set you up to experiment and make many variations on your own.

The recipes demonstrated will be:

Chocolate Chunk Walnut Cookies
Masala Khara Buns

Vegans use only plant based ingredients, so all the recipes we teach you will be eggless and dairy free. As an added bonus, vegan baked goods are cholesterol free and much lower in fat content than their non-vegan counterparts, while being even more delicious.

Rupinder Kaur is the creator of After being diagnosed with jaundice, which remained unresolved even after consulting various doctors and undergoing various tests, treatments, pathies and medicines for more than a year Rupinder realised that she needed to take health into her hands and look into alternative ways to end her suffering. Finally by making major dietary changes by going fully raw for a couple of days she saw major signs of recovery and hence decided to continue her journey to regain health.
