Healthy Vegan Desserts Demo – Thu, Jan 28, 2016

Visit Carrots Restaurant to learn about making delicious, healthy vegan desserts.

In this session, Susmitha and Chef Ram will demonstrate how to make five desserts that can be enjoyed guiltlessly.

By the virtue of being vegan, all the recipes are by default free of cholesterol, dairy, eggs, gelatine or any other animal products.

Additionally, these desserts are fruit sweetened (therefore free of processed sugar) and oil free.

Since we use nuts, seeds, fresh and dry fruits, the desserts really hit the spot and taste very decadent, while being deceptively good for your health. :)

The event will include a tasting session and printed recipe sheets will be given out.
